You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring you have authorization to scan target domains
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Scan domains or infrastructure you do not own or have explicit authorization to test
• Use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks or any form of abuse
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use automated scripts to access the Service excessively

5. Payment and Subscription Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Sentinel to charge your payment method for the selected plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. 8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SENTINEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Sentinel reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sentinel is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
