2026-10-08 — KAVOR Repository / Code Intelligence Core

Added Project-scoped, authorized repository/revision context, bounded source indexing, evidence-backed code candidates and immutable FixAttempt prompt snapshots. Historical source context survives repository changes; missing mappings remain explicit. Database/live-provider acceptance is not yet verified.

2026-10-07 — KAVOR Scan Execution Core

Added shared scanner registry/planner, durable execution lifecycle, bounded workers, lease fencing and conservative planned coverage across scan entry points.
Preserved canonical identity/history; disabled unsupported browser/template paths and strengthened network budgets/redaction.
Added contract and real-database acceptance coverage; database/browser acceptance remains environment blocked.

2026-10-06 — KAVOR localization and status closure

Scan, observation, FixAttempt and VerificationAttempt states now render localized user-facing text instead of raw internal enums.
Known verification blocker reasons have EN/HE explanations with raw-code fallback for unknown reasons.
KAVOR locale key structure is in parity across EN/HE, and Scan Runs now includes the contract-required observation count.

2026-10-06 — KAVOR second-run preflight closure

Added searchable Project selection for large workspaces.
Scan Runs now shows source, execution/date filters, observation count, duration and categorized Finding effects.
Fix Run blocker classification now covers every Finding in the run, with INCONCLUSIVE treated as blocked work.
Extended existing acceptance cases for these contracts without increasing the 72 browser scenarios.
